Issue 1: they list the post office as their business location on Google maps and I thought they were close to my house because of that. They don't actually have a physical business location. Issue 2: won't give you a price over the phone. Says they will know once they show up even though I told them what they would be doing (making a copy of a chip car key). When they arrive they told me a price that I thought was too high. They tried to get me to pay them for showing up even though they never said anything about that over the phone or on their website. I feel that this kind of thing is dishonest and puts anyone who really needs their service in a serious bind. Issue 3: Since I refused their service they won't stop calling me and texting me. Positive: the technician did arrive within 10 minutes of their stated arrival time. At least they are punctual.

خدمة سيئة جداً! عندما تم إخباري أنهم يقومون فقط بزيارات منزلية، تم ترتيب وصول الفني في فترة ما بعد الظهر. عندما تأخر الفني 40 دقيقة، اتصلت مرة أخرى. أبلغني الشخص أن الفني لن يأتي، ولم يستطع أن يقول لماذا لم يتم إخباري. سألت عن موعد مستقبلي، وقطعوا الاتصال. سيء للغاية. بالتأكيد لا يستحق الاتصال بهذه الخدمة في المستقبل!!

When I called they said they did not want the job the girl who answered the phone was very rude also when I asked for another locksmith she hung up the phone on me i will not recommend them to anyone bad service

My husband and I had the hardest time finding someone who could copy our RV key, I was reluctant to try a computerized machine, but it worked! Also, it was very affordable and we got a second copy at a discounted price! So glad we discovered KeyMe!

حصلت على نسخ من مفتاح قفل بسيط للمنزل. كانت المفاتيح التي صنعتها تحتوي على بعض الحشوات المعدنية لا تزال عالقة بها. كنت بحاجة إلى كشطها قبل أن تعلق في الباب. كنت أتوقع مفاتيح أنظف. لم تكن رخيصة أيضًا، 6 دولارات/مفتاح ولكن إذا اشتريت 2 تحصل على 1 مجانًا.
